Dynamic sound that feels alive
Bringing room-filling authority to larger spaces, L/R X project music with depth, texture, and presence. Their acoustic system delivers deep bass without the need for a subwoofer, and dynamics far beyond your expectations, while maintaining composure and clarity, wherever you sit.
Every source enhanced
StreamMagic offers high-resolution streaming at its best, while an integrated phono stage supports turntables, HDMI eARC connects your TV, and Bluetooth welcomes friends’ playlists. Digital crossovers and Advanced Speaker Protection preserve performance when the volume rises, so you can push L/R X hard on those big nights in.
Adventurous design that looks confident anywhere
Bold colours, a floating base, and subtle LED underlighting give L/R X a confident presence in any room. A clean, architectural form complements contemporary interiors while celebrating their acoustic purpose — speakers built to look intentional, not ornamental.

Engineered for excellence
Powerful bass without a separate subwoofer
Dual 6” passive radiators produce low-end weight expected from much larger speakers that you can feel down to 35Hz. Negating the need for a separate sub, delivering deep, articulate depth and punch designed to envelop you without overwhelming the music.
Uncover the intricate details of every song
A precision 64-bit DSP pipeline captures the smallest musical details, preserving subtle textures lost in conventional processing. Every filter stage operates with near-perfect arithmetic accuracy, allowing the L/R X to reveal the raw, natural nuance and emotion in
Introducing the custom tweeter for detail and depth
Our proprietary 28mm tweeters use a dual-radius aluminium dome, custom waveguide, phase ring and advanced rear-chamber design to deliver unerring detail and depth. The result is a highly realistic, ultra-wide soundstage where the speakers seemingly disappear, creating a virtually holographic listening experience.
Low-end poise where the devil is in the detail
Front-facing and hidden downwards firing 5” woofers together retrieve nuance and detail into the lowest frequencies, eliminating distortion. Your music feels open, natural, as if your favourite artist is right there in the room with you.
Flagship design with presence and purpose
The L/R X blend precision engineering with thoughtful design, creating speakers that stand confidently anywhere. Choose from six bold colours, including a premium walnut finish, and enjoy a system where performance and design carry equal weight.
Ambitious engineering made for true music lovers
Designed by our in-house team, L/R X represents Cambridge’s most ambitious work in active loudspeakers. They combine premium materials, advanced acoustic thinking, and powerful amplification to deliver a listening experience that is thrilling, honest, and enduring.
